María Lilia Cedillo Ramírez, Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, Centro de Detección Biomolecular, Puebla, México

She completed her undergraduate studies at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP), her Master's and Ph.D. studies in Microbiology at the National School of Biological Sciences of the National Polytechnic Institute and her post-doctorate at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, USA. She has been Director of the Institute of Sciences of the BUAP and Vice-Rector of Extension and Diffusion of Culture. She is currently Director of the Center for Biomolecular Detection. She is a member of the National System of Researchers. She has dedicated himself to teaching and research for 39 years. She teaches undergraduate degrees in biotechnology and medicine, in the postgraduate degrees in Microbiology and Environmental Sciences, she has taught 660 courses at the undergraduate, master's and doctorate levels.
