Abstract

The work "Debates, reflections and contemporary practices of cultural heritage" is of great relevance for cultural and regional studies. It is coordinated by two academics who have been involved for many years in teaching, research and practice activities related to heritage in the state of Veracruz in different dimensions: Dr. Xóchitl León Estrada (El Colegio de Veracruz) and Mtro. Sergio Rafael Vázquez Zárate (Faculty of Anthropology of the Universidad Veracruzana).

Author Biography

Felipe Javier Galán López, Universidad Veracruzana, Facultad de Antropología, Xalapa, Veracruz, México

Faculty of Anthropology, Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa Veracruz, Mexico. Ph. D. in History and Regional Studies, Master in Humanistic Studies. Full-time professor and head of the undergraduate program in Social Anthropology. National Researcher level 1 of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT. He is part of the Padrón Veracruzano de Investigadores COVEICYDET and the Sistema de Información Humanística, Científica, Tecnológica y de Innovación del Estado de Puebla de CONCYTEP.
