Abstract

Transit from one literary gender to another is not a totally radical change, as many times one can expect, with no traces of the original gender from which the author starts. Such is the case of Fabio Morábito’s Caja de herramientas and Eduardo Casar’s Amaneceres. In both texts we can see the same elements we could appreciate in their poetry. These elements are puns in Casar, and prosopopoeia in Morábito. With the distinction between Luis Ignacio Helguera’s poetic prose and the poems in prose, we can see how both texts combine elements to generate a non categorized work.
