Abstract

The integration of technologies into educational processes emerges as a crucial element at a global level, playing a fundamental role in the professional development of individuals. This phenomenon is manifested in the enrichment of training processes, the strengthening of the means of dissemination and the constant support for scientific research. The observation of how international organizations promote the inclusion and application of technological advances in national educational policies stands as an essential component and contributor to educational progress both nationally and internationally. Since the 1980s, Mexico has stood out for its active participation in the design of policies and programs that incorporate technologies, consolidating itself as one of the advanced countries that incorporate techno-educational projects into its legal and legal systems. However, it is unfortunate to note that all these efforts have experienced significant limitations due to the lack of an integrated vision in the implementation and use of technologies in the educational field. Thus, this lack is evident not only in the absence of adequate budgetary and institutional monitoring. For this reason, the discrepant statement that educational projects that use technologies in Mexico are at the forefront de jure, but at the rear de facto; that is to say, in reality numerous circumstances are evident that negatively impact the materialization of these noble purposes.
