OPTIMIZE RESEARCH THROUGH BIBLIOGRAPHIC MANAGERS AND OTHER TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS

Abstract
This study aims to provide a perspective on a set of digital tools that can optimize efficiency in scientific production.
It is not intended to exhaust the subject in question but to provide the researcher with a series of starting points to
consider the possibility of incorporating the relevant technological tools into their practice. In this way, the researcher
will be able to focus on the quality of the results without having to exhaust himself in the process. This work invites
researchers to discover how these digital tools can make a significant difference in the quality and efficiency of
their scientific work. In academia, many research projects are carried out without considering the use of technology
in their planning. Despite the many resources available that offer guidance on how to produce a good, successful,
quality, and impactful scholarly work, only some of them contemplate, before starting to write, the selection of specific
technological tools. It is essential to include this step in the research process planning to optimize the short time
available and avoid unnecessary procedures such as rereading, inefficient organization of information resources, etc.
Considering technological tools such as bibliographic managers, artificial intelligence, citation analysts, conceptual
maps of keywords, grammatical assistants, translators, etc., can be profitable for the efficient management of the
research process and the optimization of limited resources such as time.
