IDEA OF A NEW GENERAL HISTORY OF NORTH AMERICA. LORENZO BOTURINI: THE ERUDENT AND RELENTLESS GENTLEMAN HISTORIAN OF THE VALLEY OF MEXICO
Abstract
Idea of a new general history of North America, by Lorenzo Boturini, is the work that we are presenting on this occasion to invite readers and researchers to rescue from oblivion and return to the theme, as well as the problems, that the author points out to us about the history of the native settlers of the Valley of Mexico and the surroundings before the Conquest. In this work we will find that Boturini is an excellent guide, both in historical and philosophical data, as well as in the historiographic method for this important work.
