Mirada Antropológica is a scientific journal published every six months by the academic body of the College of Social Anthropology, belonging to the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP). Its mission is to disseminate research and knowledge through the publication of high quality, unpublished articles related to research activities in social sciences and humanities. Its target audience consists of professionals (researchers, professors and students) with training in areas related to anthropology, mainly: anthropology, sociology, ethnohistory, archaeology, linguistics, physical anthropology and history. It is a publication open to all members of the academic-scientific community, to entities, foundations and, in general, to governmental and non-governmental organizations.
