Abstract

In this issue of the Mirada Antropológica journal (January-June 2023), the reader will find research done by authors who are part of academic communities, inserted in university educational spaces with an intercultural approach. The common denominator, in spite of their marked diversity, is that they are research works done in and about Intercultural Universities. In this issue we find four investigations in which students and research professors participate, who are part of two of these educational centers: The Intercultural University of the State of Puebla (UIEP) and the Intercultural University of the State of Tabasco (UIET); but also an article that analyzes and documents the process of community linkage in the town of San Marcos Tlacoyalco, where the southern unit of the UIEP is located, this article is presented by a team of researchers from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP); there is also a work on Venezuela, which enriches the different ways of conceiving and practicing interculturality.
